Tango Conditioning

If you want to improve your tango, whether as a beginner or a professional dancer you need to make your body as strong and flexible as possible.

These classes are designed specifically to focus on the aspects of conditioning that will help with

▪ foot and ankle strength and stability

▪ hip alignment and core strength to ground you and help maintain your axis

▪ shoulder stability to give you a flexible and stable embrace

▪ spinal rotation to enhance dissasociation for steps like sacadas and giros

▪ hip flexor and hamstring length and strength for step projection and to improve ganchos and boleos.

Wednesday nights 7.00 - 8.00pm

Payment is through class passes or $10 per class for people currently enrolled on the Beginner or Level 1 Courses
